A lifelong dancer and athlete, Ingrid has always had a deep appreciation for combining breath with movement. As a career fitness instructor, she strives to create workouts that improve her clients’ quality of life both in and out of the gym. But it wasn’t until she took her first vinyasa flow class at Highland Yoga that she truly experienced the transformative power of uniting body, breath and mind. This mindful movement revelation inspired her to begin the journey to become a yoga teacher.
Ingrid completed her 200-hour teacher training with Highland Yoga in the spring of 2021. This has proven to be the culmination of her teaching career even as she continues to practice and learn as a yoga student. As a yoga teacher, she is excited to bring a creative and mindful practice style to her classes.
Above all else, Ingrid values how time spent on the yoga mat cultivates a mindfulness that transcends all areas of life. She is deeply honored to share her love of yoga with this community.
