ABOUT ME

Fitness and wellness have been a part of my life for over 15 years. My body started telling me I needed something more. I then found yoga and never looked back. I connected to myself in a spiritual way and I found a special way to love myself. I found more peace in my heart. I hope to share my grateful heart with my students so they can find their way to self acceptance.

 

After my first few yoga classes I found so much more than just moving on your mat. I found a new way of living. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I completed my 200 hour Multi-Style Yoga training with YogaRenew August 2020, and am currently in the middle of my 300 hr teacher training with My Vinyāsa Practice.

 

I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. I try to bring an attitude of self discovery, challenge and consciousness to every class. My Vinyāsa classes are a combination of movement stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness.
