ABOUT ME

My passion for yoga and meditation started 23 years ago in 1998 when I asked just the right person, at just the right time to lead the way to my first yoga class. This marked the beginning of an awakening to the inner wisdom that lies within all of us. I often say, “energy flows where your attention goes” and that night it all began by turning my attention to the yogic path. Since that evening, I have been committed to studying, teaching and sharing the tools that have greatly influenced my life. 

 

One of my gift’s in sharing this yogic science is making these tools accessible for all of us to use, no matter what our stage in life or belief system. My superpower as a guide and teacher is holding space for my students to do the work so that they can realize their innate potential.

 

My first yoga love is Kundalini quickly followed by a deep Ashtanga practice and you will sense this essence of both in my classes. I love the freedom and creativity that vinyasa classes offer and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to empower students for over 20 years. 

 

I love long holds, deep breaths and challenging poses but I also love making sure you leave with an elevated sense of consciousness.
