ABOUT ME

Kathryn knows first-hand the pressures of juggling work and personal commitments and the importance of carving out space for yourself. Kathryn began practicing yoga in 2011 and it has been a stabilizing force through many of the life transitions we all experience. She loves that yoga continually challenges acceptance and growth.

 

Kathryn completed her 200-hour teacher training through Highland Yoga in 2022 with the goal of sharing her love of practice with others. She hopes to create a space where you can unplug from the world and connect to yourself with authenticity, compassion, and courage. You can expect a fun but challenging class focused on breath, alignment, and encouragement to play. She hopes you emerge feeling stronger, calmer and more aligned. Come join her on the mat!
