ABOUT ME

After a successful career as a professional dancer in both ballet and theatre, Sharon found her next path and another way to express her love and joy of movement when she stepped in to an Ashtanga Yoga class in 2000.  About a year later, she began teaching in the Atlanta area and her unique style began to unfold.

In 2005, she moved from Atlanta to Telluride, Colorado where Sharon taught both Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles at Telluride Yoga Center and later became a co-owner and studio manager from 2008-2011. She also presented her “Liquid Flow” style yoga at the Telluride Yoga Festival as well as the Telluride WOW Festival.

In 2011, Sharon moved to Aspen, Colorado where she was studio manager and Vinyasa instructor at O2 Aspen.  She also taught yoga at the Ritz-Carlton Aspen-Highlands as well as Hot Vinyasa in Basalt and Carbondale, CO.  For two years straight, Sharon was honored to be an Ambassador for Lululemon Aspen.

Sharon received her RYT-200 hour teacher certification with The White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, CA and completed Core Power’s Level 2 Teacher Intensive in Boulder, CO with Brandon Cox.

In 2014, Sharon returned to Atlanta and was one of several Senior Teachers that taught for Infinity Yoga which in 2017 became YogaWorks. In addition to her regular vinyasa, Ladder Flow and Warm Yoga Stretch classes, Sharon created an Artistic Flow master class, where she combined dance and yoga choreographed to music. With over 20 years of teaching yoga, Sharon is an E-RYT 200 YACEP certified instructor who has been an Intelligent Sequencing Teacher Trainer for Infinity Yoga as well as Vimana Yoga in Basalt, CO.

With her passion to inspire others through movement and music and from her dance, previous trainings, teachers and experiences, Sharon’s unique and uplifting “Liquid Flow” classes are a moving meditation in which she focuses on intelligent, fluid and dynamic sequencing that are creative and fun! Her classes are an active vinyasa, so get ready to sweat and move to a unique music mix that will bliss you out.
