ABOUT ME
Growing up Samantha enjoyed dancing and being active which led her to discover the physical practice of yoga in 2016. After suffering from damaged body image, yoga opened the door for her to see the balance and beauty within herself and the world around her. She always knew she had a unique mind body connection and wanted to translate that to teaching yoga to enrich the lives of others. She received her 200 hour accreditation at Highland Yoga in Atlanta, Ga in April 2020.
Her passion is guiding others in a challenge while still making classes accessible to all! She fully believes in Santosha, the principle of contentment, and teaches students to enjoy their practice exactly as they are and appreciate their greatest gift...the present!
