ABOUT ME

After years of pain in my knees and back I had had trouble finding a sustainable way to move my body, and yoga quickly became my top choice. Shortly after moving to Atlanta in 2017, I started practicing yoga at Highland Yoga and never looked back. Yoga allows me to move with strength and power while still taking care of the areas of my body that need more gentleness. I had thought about taking my 200HR training for years, but didn’t think I was “good enough” at yoga. I finally overcame the fear and decided to try something new, completing my yoga certification through Highland Yoga in 2021.
